How to top up GAP using GAP Portal

  1. Make GAP payment to Public Gold account as below: Account name : PUBLIC GOLD MARKETING SDN BHD Maybank: 5571-3923-8048 Public Bank: 3167-52-0833
  2. Login to Public Gold website www.publicgold.com.my
  3. Select “My GAP”
  4. Click on Purchase> Add New > select GAP
  5. Select payment Date&Time > key in bank in Amount > key in reference number> attach payment slip
  6. Click Request
  7. Your request will be shown on the request column
  8. Your balance will be updated on statement within 48hours after the payment has been confirmed.

How to buy back GAP using GAP Portal

  1. Login to Public Gold website www.publicgold.com.my
  2. select “My GAP”
  3. Click on Buy Back> Add New > select GAP
  4. Key in Buy-Back quantity (gram)
  5. Click Request
  6. Your request will be shown on the request column
  7. Your balance will be updated on statement within 48hours after the payment has been confirmed.
